【Trends in Hairstyle】
The traditional Japanese hairstyle consists of four parts; the forelock, the temple on both sides, chignon (from the back of your head to the hairline along the neck) and topknot. It is considered that there were several hundred different variations combining the four parts. Some of them had distinctive sides and topknots.
